A big Thank you to our partner schools who are involved with the fundraising and are actively taking part and making a difference to the lives of children in the developing world. We really appreciate your support!

Millthorpe School in York kindly donated pens, pencils and facilities, which were taken out to the Aline Sitoe Diatta Lycee, in November 2006. The school has also raised funds which will be used to buy text books for pupils in Oussouye.

In early December 2007, members of the Year 8 School council helped to raise over £400 by selling Christmas gifts from Senegal. Staff and pupils alike bought jewellery, artwork and cards. It was amazing to get so many people on board to support us. A big Thanks to everyone who helped out!

Manor CE School in York also generously helped the appeal by holding a non-uniform day, where pupils each paid £1 to come to school in their casual clothes.
